Im a new patient there and had a excellent experience with upstate medical. Dr. Richardsons nurse was awesome explaining how they do things there. And both Dr. Richardsons and his nurse listens to any concerns you might have. And the ladies at the front desk were nice and polite.

Chartspan is a company that we are partnering with that provides chronic care management services to our Medicare patients. If a patient chooses to enroll in the program, they will have 24/7 access to a nurse that provides any kind of assistance outside of the office visit with their provider at UMA. They will receive monthly calls from their nurse to discuss their chronic conditions, encourage compliance and assist with anything else they may need.
